Michael Holland - Manager & Health Fitness TrainerMichael Holland is a native Texan originally from Fort Worth. He attended Dallas Baptist University for two years where he played baseball. He then moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana in 1999 where he attended McNeese State University. He spent three years playing music, giving guitar lessons and working with the Trinity Baptist Student Ministry. In October of 2001 Mike moved to Edmond were he attended The University of Central Oklahoma where he focused on courses in health and fitness. He continued his youth and musical ministry while attending class.

For over two years he was a fitness instructor at the Edmond, Downtown OKC and Guthrie YMCAs. While on the Fitness Staff at the YMCA, Mike taught Youth Strength Training classes and designed personal fitness programs for members. After months of intensive study, Mike received his Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in May 2004. He has a special interest in nutrition, reading current research and sharing his well-balanced approach to food with others.

Mike enjoys golf, working out, bike riding, snow boarding, rock climbing/ hiking, baseball/ softball, football, basketball. He also plays bass guitar for a local band called Echoflyer. Ask and he’ll play the band’s demo CD for you—a great mix of music to work out to.


Nick Frary - Health Fitness TrainerNick Frary was born in Michigan, but lived most of his life in South Carolina. After graduating from high school, Nick went to Greenville Technical College where he focused on Anatomy and Physiology, and received a certificate in Massage Therapy. In years to come, Nick felt a desire to improve his health through natural medicine and exercise. He began working out seriously three years ago and still continues to focus on his physical, mental, and spiritual health.

In January of 2003, Nick moved to Edmond where he worked as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the Edmond and Trails YMCA. Soon afterwards, he was offered a job working as a Chiropractic Assistant, which he is currently still doing. On April 5th of 2003, Nick was certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training and uses his knowledge to help people make life changing improvements physically and mentally.

In his extra time, Nick works with 1st-5th grade kids at LifeChurch.tv. He has a deep passion to speak into the lives of kids and make a positive influence in their lives. He believes that children are our future and need to be loved on more than anything else. Nick is also teaching himself to play guitar and piano, and loves listening to music. He enjoys watching movies, comedy, sci-fi, and reading about history and science.


Jennifer Thomas - Health Fitness TrainerJennifer Thomas is a true sooner born and raised in Lawton-Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

She currently attends The University of Oklahoma and Rose State College. At Rose State College, Jennifer is finishing an Associates Degree in Wellness with an emphasis in Personal Training. Following the degree, she will complete the National Strength and Conditioning Certification in the spring. Next, she will continue her education at UCO completing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in Exercise and Fitness Management graduating in the spring of 2007. She one day hopes to become an exercise physiologist to research and work with athletes.

Jennifer has an extreme passion for exercise science. Jennifer started at the YMCA where she later became certified in personal training. Jennifer enjoys working out, washing her car, and OU football. Jennifer will compete in her first figure competition in the spring.

Jennifer thanks her parents for teaching her to be strong-willed and enthusiastic about education. She believes that success is taken not given. Her pledge to personal training is to continue to educate her-self and to do what is necessary to help her clients achieve their goals.

“I love what I do! It is so much fun to train and work one on one with clients to help them achieve their goals. I am happy I have chosen the career that is also my leisure activity. There is so much to learn about exercise and nutrition and I feel blessed with the opportunity to learn as much as I can!”


Kent Davis - Health Fitness TrainerKent Davis was born in Lawton, Oklahoma and lived there 11 years before moving to Bethany. He developed interest in weight lifting in junior high and graduated from Putnam City West in 1988. Kent then attended the University of Oklahoma where he pursued a degree in Pharmacy which changed to Microbiology. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, he worked as a Microbiologist at the Oklahoma State Department of Health for 9 ½ years before returning to his interest in fitness.

Kent married his high school sweetheart, Kimberly who is a successful dietitian in Norman. Their dream is to start a corporate wellness business to help companies make healthy lifestyle changes available for their employees. He will receive his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in December.

Kent moved to Norman in 2002 and absolutely loves it there. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, friends, and his two Basset Hounds Miss Buckles and Sally. He also has two Amazon parrots, Pepper and Bogie who never fail to entertain. Kent also enjoys collecting meteorites and studying astronomy. Tennis and golf are his favorite sports activities.


Bart Breithaupt - Owner & Fitness SpecialistBart Breithaupt was born in Oklahoma City but soon moved to Topeka, Kansas where he lived from age 3 to 14.  Moving back to the OKC area for high school he attended Edmond Memorial where he played basketball and competed in track and field.  After high school, Bart used a partial academic scholarship to attend Oklahoma State University and walk on the track and field team where he earned a partial athletic scholarship.  Competing in the long and triple jumps, Breithaupt earned All Big- 8 honors in 1990.  It was here at Oklahoma State that he developed a strong interest in physiology and specifically exercise-related physiology. 

After earning a bachelor’s degree in 1992, Bart applied for graduate school and began absorbing and applying research pertaining to human performance improvement.  Beginning a Master’s Degree program at the University of Oklahoma spurred his interest in obtaining certification for strength and conditioning consulting.  His research project involved analyzing the effects of an exercise program in patients suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea.  While finishing graduate work, Bart attended the National Strength and Conditioning Association Convention in Atlanta during the Olympic Games Trials Weeks.  It was here that he decided that working with clients one on one to improve health and fitness was what he wanted to do.  Bart has worked with teenagers, elite athletes and the elderly.

He and his wife Susan live in Edmond where they are raising their first child, Jackson.  Bart enjoys reading, swimming, golfing and traveling whenever possible.
