Individualized Meal Plans
Fitness Together will design weekly meal plans for you based on your body composition goals, your activity level, professional lifestyle, genetic predisposition, health and medical conditions and even your likes and dislikes when it comes to certain foods. Lifestyle Technologies, Inc., our nutrition partner, offers endless combinations of meal plans to fit your needs, goals, and preferences. You will be given detailed daily meals to prepare which will fuel your body during your personal fitness journey.
Shopping Lists
Each item in your personalized meal plan will be noted on a special “Shopping List” so you can go to the grocery store and purchase those foods you don’t already have at the house.
Nutrition 101 Consultation
Upon starting with Fitness Together, we will offer a Power-Point driven nutrition information session where you and a fitness specialist will talk about the basics of good nutrition. The session will address “real world” topics such as serving sizes, eating out and reading (and making sense of) food labels.
